FBISD PTA/PTO Presidents!


We want you!  This year the Fort Bend Education Foundation Angels of Education Auxiliary is hosting its marquee event, the  1st Annual Sugar Shindig  geared toward the faculty, volunteers and neighbors of Fort Bend ISD.  This sweet event is tailored after Lamar Consolidated ISD’s Surf’s Up, which includes dinner, dancing and a cake auction. Our honorary co-chairs are our Superintendent Dr. Charles Dupre and his wife Seeju Dupre. 


Our event will take place on Friday, October 9, at 6:30 pm at Safari Texas, and it is completely casual.  It is an adult only event, and tickets are $25/person for a fajita dinner served from 6:30 – 8 pm, immediately followed by a cake auction and then dancing to the music of Password.  There is also a cash bar.  All proceeds from the cake auction benefit our Grants to Teachers and Schools, so please get a group together to bid on a fabulous cake for dessert!

1)      Buy your tickets and spread the word to your neighbors.  Tickets are on sale NOW at www.fortbendisd.com/foundation through October 2.

The school with the most attendance (there is a place to mark your campus affiliation) will receive the publicity photo for next year, so please shake things up for the Sugar Shindig!

It takes more than tax dollars to run a school as wonderful as Elkins High School. It takes a commitment from families like you to fund innovative teaching ideas, extra programs, teacher appreciation events, and improve the facilities. To help make these a reality, please join the Elkins PTO as a Member and donate to the 2016-16  campaign.

$20 Family Elkins Knight Member (Receive an Elkins HS Decal as well as helping out your school and student)

Each additional $10 donation to Elkins PTO receives a limited edition Elkins HS decal (up to 4 additional decals per family)


Please enclose checks or cash with form.  Check can be made out to Elkins PTO.  All forms and money should be stapled and dropped at front office in the PTO Safe.

$100 or over Elkins Royal Member (Receive an Elkins HS Decal & listed on the Elkins PTO website)

(Donations exceeding the above amount will be used for helping to fund project and budgeted items with Elkins VIPS)

Membership allows you to receive monthly newsletters and become a part of the Elkins Parent, teacher, and Community Organization that works to assure our students and campus are able to meet our students’ needs at any level.  As a member you will be able to vote at our annual general meetings for upcoming PTO budget and other items needed for our campus.  You will be able to join a group of individuals and families that want to appreciate Elkins teachers and faculty throughout the year and work closely with Elkins other booster clubs and organizations to make our campus the best it can be.  You will meet other Elkins HS parents and openly talk about ways to help improve Elkins HS campus.

Our Purpose
The purpose of Elkins High School Parent Volunteer Organization is to enhance the academic and social experience of students through the support of these students and staff at Elkins High School through financials and-or voluntary support.
